Bug

• BE-180 — GC purchase can fail when only partial information is entered for a recipient and that information matches a person in the PMS
• BE-181 — GC purchase can fail due to duplicate matching algorithm when only partial recipient information is provided
• PMS-1932 — Unable to edit guest count/rate on reservations that have a guest type that has been deactivated
• PMS-2316 — When pasting an email into the 'To' field, it says it's invalid
