Display Custom Fields on the Occupancy Map

Each of our customers approach and use the Occupancy Map in slightly different ways. Some customers deem some information about a reservation or unit assignment more important than other information. With the ability to display the information entered within Custom Fields directly on the Occupancy Map, you now can display the information that is MOST important to your property.

For example, we’ve had many and varying requests to display specific things like the number of boats rented to more generic things like a small, but important note, specific to that reservation.

Custom Fields (see our KB Article on Custom Fields) provide a lot of flexibility to track and store this kind of information to help you run your business, your way. Now those Custom Fields (or any new ones you might want to setup only for this purpose) can be used to display the information that is critical to you on your Occupancy Map.
