Darker grid lines, Pre-Auth Check-in, BE rate descriptions
These adjustments to the Cloud PMS should help streamline your efficiency and were worth sharing outside of just release notes.
- Darker grid lines when printing the occupancy map.
When printing the occupancy map we’ve darkened the grid lines so it’s easier to see each individual cell.
- Pre-authorization of credit cards using the check-in wizard.
The ability to pre-authorize a credit card has been added to the check-in wizard for your convenience for those of you using this processing method.
- Rate descriptions have been added to the online booking engine.
For those properties who include packaged items with your rate, you can now describe those items as part of your rate description so your guests have a clear understanding of what your rate includes.
- Tax exempt displaying on tax reports.
Exempted tax revenue and tax is now displayed on the tax reports for your convenience.
