Facebook Pages Redesign
One of these things is a lot like the other

A major trend among social media networks lately has been the idea of copying layout and placement of information. They say immitation is the sincerest form of flattery and Facebook is extending that flattery to its business pages.
Currently, personal profiles and business pages have separate layouts but over the next few weeks, Facebook will roll out page changes for all accounts and making business pages look very similar to personal accounts.
What are the major changes?
One-column post display. Currently, your posts are split into two columns, making a zig-zag journey down the page. With the new display, your posts are in chronological order, with the most recent on top. This is how posts are displayed on personal pages as well.

New page single column display.
Left column information. Right now, your contact information and promotional tabs are displayed under your cover photo. This section is now arranged vertically and displayed in the left-side column. Users will use the left-side column to find your website URL, phone number, hours of operation, apps, photos, and videos of your business.
Previously your info was shown under your cover photo:

Where are my messages? The option to privately message pages has not been eliminated, merely recategorized. Private messages will now appear in the Activity section, above your cover photo or in the "this week" section running to the right of your cover photo.
Insights. No, insights are not new, but easier access to them is. Running on the right side of your cover photo will be a quick stats box of activity on your account including, ads running, page likes, post reach, and notifications. The addition of the Build Audience tab gives you quicker access to your Ads Manager.
What does it all mean? It means Facebook understands how its users find information and where that information should be stored. Simply put, not that much that you should worry about. Like all Facebook changes, users adapt pretty quickly and are offered tuturorials as these changes take place.
Facebook has announced that Page Admins will be able to rearrange the order of certain sections, like website URLs, maps, number of likes, and apps but has not given a date of when this ability is available.
