Improvements to Reports
We are pleased to bring you two quick improvements to reports:
- Improved Gift Certificates by Date
- Added new Booking Pace by Unit
We introduced a fix to address issues with the new Gift Certificates by Date report. This also introduced a new option in the date range drop-down that allows you to clear the date range (in essence allowing you to see ALL data regardless of date).
We also have a brand-new Booking Pace by Unit report (within the Performance Analysis category). This report allows you to compare bookings, occupancy and revenue for a time period this year compared to that same time period last year AS OF a given date. We've heard from several customers that they were doing this manually using our previously available “temporal” concept by running the same report multiple times using different date ranges and “as of” dates. That provided flexibility, but this report should make your lives simpler by doing it all in one step and presenting the differences in a useful and simple way.
