rezStream Cloud is getting more secure!

We constantly evolve rezStream Cloud to keep up with the latest security standards. Soon, you will notice that when signing in to rezStream Cloud at “cloud.temp.rezstream.com”, your browser will redirect you to “account.temp.rezstream.com” where the actual sign-in will occur.

What you’ve been used to seeing when signing into rezStream Cloud (shown on the left below), will now transition to what is shown on the right.

What does that mean for you?

  • If you sign into rezStream Cloud by typing your email and password from memory, then you’ve got nothing to worry about! The email and password you’ve been using to sign into rezStream Cloud will continue to work as it always has. Simply carry on!
    • On your first sign-in, you will be required to verify your identity through email.

  • If you use a Password Manager App or the password manager built into your browser to sign into rezStream Cloud, you may need to add “account.temp.rezstream.com” to the list of URLs that are currently associated with your rezStream Cloud login.
    • If you need help with this, please refer to the list of links below that describe how to do this in popular password manager apps.

  • If you’ve configured your browser to accept cookies from “cloud.temp.rezstream.com”, you will also want to update your browser or browser extension to also accept cookies from “account.temp.rezstream.com” (or “*.temp.rezstream.com”).
