RezStream returns to Minnesota for conferences
RezStream will be making an appearance at the 2016 Minnesota Resort & Campground Association’s (MRCA) Fall Conference and Expo again (read our 2015 recap here) as well as attending the Community Minnesota Resorts (CMR)’s Fall Conference in October!
We can’t wait to meet with seasoned veterans of the resort business and quite a few clients while we’re out but we’re also excited for the opportunity to meet with resort owners who may not have had the chance to meet with us outside the land of 10,000 lakes. We especially love meeting resort and campground owners that have used or still use Munsenware’s Guest Tracker so they can see what James, the co-developer of that software, has been up to the last five years! We’ll give you a hint: It starts with RezStream and ends with Cloud.

Conference events and information
MRCA Fall Conference and Expo – October 25 – 27
Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center, Alexandria
This year, the conference is centered on the theme of “changing through the seasons,” and no matter where you are in your tenure of resort ownership you’ll get excellent information from notable speakers and great networking opportunities.
Conference events start Tuesday, October 25 with break-out sessions beginning on Wednesday, October 26 and cover topics like credit card charges, landscaping, insurance coverage, financial trends, and public messaging. Don’t miss out on this year’s keynote address given by Kit Welchlin on attracting, managing, and rewarding your employees.

CMR Fall Conference – October 30 – November 1
Cragun’s Resort, Brainerd
With a three-day lineup, you’ll easily find educational sessions and panel discussions to jumpstart ideas for your resort. Registration begins at noon on Sunday, October 30 and then sessions cover topics ranging from effectively engaging with smartphone users, resort finances, stress management, legislative updates, and retiring and selling.
Entertainment includes a Sunday dinner with Hypnotist Gabriel, a silent auction and dinner on Monday, and the grand prize drawing and closing ceremony at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
