Terms and Conditions Letter Codes

Unfortunately, things don’t always go the way you plan. On occasion, a guest will challenge the charges on their credit card. When that happens, it’s in your best interest as the merchant to have a record of the terms and conditions that the guest agreed to when they booked their reservation.

To that end, we’ve added 2 new letter codes that allow you to include your Terms and Conditions (and also Policies and Restrictions if you have those setup differently) right on the confirmation letter that is automatically emailed to the guest after booking.

These are the very same Terms and Conditions that the user must agree to in the final step of making their reservation on the Booking Engine:

Finally, every email sent from rezStream Cloud is tracked in the Contact Log for that Reservation which makes it simple and easy to see the exact Terms and Conditions the guest agreed to at the time they booked:
