What’s that Red Dot?
With our most recent release, you may have noticed a little red dot next to your name in the upper right-hand corner of rezStream Cloud.
If you “follow the dots” by clicking on your name > Profile > Edit Profile, you’ll find a new section titled “How do you use rezStream Cloud?”. By completing this part of your profile, you will “help us help you.”
As noted on the screen, we want to communicate the most optimal and relevant information to you at the right time. To that end, we’ve given you the control to let us know what roles you fill at your property and how you use our products and services.
We know most of our customers are independently owned and operated and therefore many of you wear a lot of hats. So, feel free to choose as many (or as few) of the options that make sense for you. Once you save your choice, the red dots will disappear!
With this enhancement we look forward to tailoring our customer success efforts to your needs, improve your product usage, and help you grow with rezStream!
